Świętomarcińskie wine made from the pinot noir grape, or blanc de noir! from Turnau Vineyard was created from grapes harvested in September this year and fits into the increasingly popular trend of white wines made from noble Burgundy grape. Świętomarcińskie White reflects the freshness of young wine. As tradition suggests, it pairs best with goose, but it will also be a good companion to roasted chicken with stuffing. The wine is also perfect for drinking plain.
