Check in/out time: from 14:00 Departure: to 11:00

Cancellation of reservation: The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, in which case the prepayment paid will be refunded no later than 21 days after the cancellation was submitted. In the event of cancellation of the reservation after this date or no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest with the amount of the advance payment. In order to guarantee the reservation, it is necessary to make a prepayment of 60% of the reservation value via the online payment system. In the event of restrictions on hotel operations due to COVID-19, the advance payment is refundable or can be used for any chosen date within the next 365 days from the date of reopening the hotel.

Children: Children up to 3 years old are free of charge if they sleep on their parents' beds - an option not available in Superior rooms and in Apartments with separate rooms for adult guests.
