On the evening of Monday, December 30, a pre-New Year’s "biforek" which means Alpine Culinary – Musical Evening at Żurawia Restaurant and on the Winter Terrace with dance fun in the style of Italo Disco and a bonfire, meats and fish from the grill and original delicacies from Northern Italy (including smoked cheeses, original burrata and bufala, smoked trout from Adyga, pizzoccheri, polenta with butter, alpine cheese bitto, and venison goulash, or traditional Tyrolean dumplings in broth and spaetzle from Trentino with cream, bacon, and parmigiano reggiano and apple strudel. To warm up and lift spirits, bombardino, aperoles, and delicious wines from the Dolomites).
