In our Wine Bar you will learn the secrets of wine production and proper tasting, getting to know the world that is very mysterious to many, but so intriguing.

Experienced Sommelier - Mateusz Podgórski

Under the watchful eye of a specialist - Mateusz Podgórski, Manager of our Restaurant and Sommelier, you will learn about the most famous wines, the history of the vineyards from which they come and their best combinations with the dishes prepared by our Restaurant. The sommelier will pass on to you the secrets of proper wine tasting and present the specimens owned by our hotel winery, whose wealth of different labels will delight even the greatest wine connoisseur.

We also organize meetings called "Blaming", which are led by our Sommeliers, who share their knowledge and observations in the field of wine.
